This week's repast is another of the Campell's Dinner Bakes, this one is the southwestern chicken and rice. Turned out pretty good, but ultimately it's a little bland despite its spiciness, a feat that's as remarkable as it is disappointing. I knew I should have added paprika, or cilantro, or something... Having made two of these now, I'm also a bit surprised how little rice or stuffing there is to go with the meat. Seems a bit meat-heavy in total. But still, it's good eating.
